Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is a program strictly based on financial need. To meet the SSI income requirements, you must have less than $2,000 in assets (or $3,000 for a couple) and a very low income. SSI benefits will begin on the first of the month when you first submit your application.
Claim Denied? You May Still Be Eligible To Benefits
Most benefit claims submitted in Kentucky are denied at the initial application and reconsideration stages. At Molly Burke Law Office, PLLC, we know how frustrating that can be. We have fought for the rights of individuals and families all over Kentucky, and we will handle your claim aggressively to get you the results you deserve.
As mentioned, SSI requirements are strict and a mistake at any point during the application or appeal process can leave you without benefits. We are here to answer your questions and make the process as stress-free for you as possible.
